In a nutshell, you can't. If you have an Intel or AMD based x86 motherboard, Mac OSX will not install on your machine.
There are solutions out there for getting Mac OSX running on an Intel based platform, using virtual machine software. Search for VMWare and a Mac OSX VMware image. However, you will still require a Windows OS installation to run on top of it.
