Vista Home Premium was my original but i didn't like the gaming performance so i went down to XP(Friend's dad did it). And i upgraded it to Vista SP3(stupid) and the gaming changed, so i went down back to Vista Home Premium. I need to know how to fully change the OS back to XP(Fully!).

Make sure you have a handy XP installer CD with you. Boot to it and format the drive that will contain the OS and then proceed with install. Read on-screen instructions carefully to avoid any confusion.
download the XP from piratebay or something.
format the hard disk using vista installer cd.
then use xp cd o install...
