thnkx...How can i change my os from 32bit into 64bit?
Firstly you will need a copy of xp (64Bit), on a bootable cd preferably.

Secondly you will need to check if all of you hardware is 64Bit compatible or not.

You will additionally require the compatible drivers for the 64bit.

There is no specific setting that you can fine tune other than checking for the compability issues with the hardware and its supporting softwares.

Note:: you may loose data if you plan to fresh install xp. Just a piece of advise

You will have to purchase a new copy of Win XP 64 version. You cannot change 32 bit to 64 bit os. Check at Microsoft India website if they have any special offer when upgrading from 32 bit to 64 bit operating system. You can contact them regarding this.
You need to install a fresh copy of the 64bit version of the OS you are using
