Boot from a legal CD/DVD of WinXP. There should be an option for a ';clean'; install. This will wipe the contents of the disk, then install XP.How can I change a Japanese (Win XP) OS to English (Win XP) OS?
Just change the language to English.
You will have to reinstall Windows XP, the english version.
There is no way to completely change the language of the installation other than a reinstall.
