How can I change my OS from NTFS to FAT32 without losing any programs?

You can't. I'm sure 3rd party applications like ';Partition Magic'; claim they can, but be prepared for a world of pain and lost data.

Edit to SCOTT E: He wants to change *from* NTFS back to FAT32. Learn to read. How can I change my OS from NTFS to FAT32 without losing any programs?
You can't, you will have to reformat and re-install your entire computer. Why do you want to go back to FAT32? NTFS is the better file system. How can I change my OS from NTFS to FAT32 without losing any programs?
i dont think you can change NTFS to FAT32 with out wiping the drive and starting again.

if anything can do it you should check out partition magic. but theres no gurantee it will leave your files intact always back up your stuff before trying anything like this
If its possible then you have to format the whole drive at once, so back up all your data on discs first
you can use a third party program like partition magic to do so easily (it will use temporary space to copy files over to a new partition). but why would you want to?

if it's your main hard drive switching to a non-journaled file system would not be the smartest of things to do.
