When I reinstalled my OS, changing from Vista to Windows 7, my iTunes was lost and I reinstalled it. However, when I connected my phone it said it was a 'new computer' and my synced iPhone lost all its apps and settings. I am about to reinstall my Windows 7, how can I backup my iTunes so this problem doesn't occur again?
