Try changing the date on your system to a date before the expiry of the Windows 7 beta.
You can't and you will screw up things big time if you change the clock!

Back up your files not the HD...
theres a method i used to use to keep using my burning software(or any other share time limited software.im not using it now cause found keys and full download site)which i will do again in order to keep using the rtm if i have to.(unless i find another way)i used to keep setting the date on the clock back.(only thing is,when using windows messenger,or windows update would have to change it to the right date, then switch it back.can be annoying, but worth it to keep using it and you get used to it after awhile)set it back by-click on the time down in the corner once.click change date and time.click on the internet tab on top of the window.uncheck the box-synchronize with an internet time server(need to do this,or your date will be kept current when connected to the internet).then click okay.now click on the date and time tab.click change date and time.set the date back a few days(by clicking the little arrow buttons by the side of the month(to change month) and just click the date you want to use).click okay.then close.that should work.

best option is to go back to XP ,,,,,,,
