Right click on My computer select properties go to Advance tab select start up then press Edit button in this page you can see you boot page now you can delete one menu that you dont want it .If you need more information cotact me I can give you more .

Start pressing F8 when your computer is turning on and a menu will be displayed. On that menu you can chose what you want to boot.
