How to change os using a hdd enclosure.?

Okay. I have an Toshiba Tecra 8000, and Windows Xp Pro, and I have a hdd enclosure connected by an USB. How do I boot that HDD to boot its Winodws OS which is Winodws Xp Home.



I hade this hard drive and just bought the ENCLOSURE.



Also, i tried the My computer, advanced etc, and could not find another OS%26gt; But, the instructions on how to set up the HDD Enclosure, i didnt follow it. It said go to computer management and right clcik it and something. Can that be the reason why it is not showing the OS in Advanced in My Computer(or system in control panel).?



Please help me boot another OS using a hard drive, in a HDD Enclosure connected by an USB cable....How to change os using a hdd enclosure.?
